Aims:

We find songs and music related to the sea, dances, poems, stories, literature. Make an e-book or something if possible. The teams translate them and we exchange them. We can sing your songs and you can sing ours, we can dance your dances and we can dance yours. We may exchange decorations that we make related to the sea during Christmas time, recipes with sea food from our country try to cook yours and you ours. Investigate for environmental problems our Seas need to face or protection of endangered species and how we can contribute to their saving.

Work process:

November – Introduce yourself and your country; December – Christmas decorations, traditions; January – Stories, legends about the sea; February – Creating poems, stories, drawing; March – Sharing song, dances; April – Protecting the sea – PowerPoint, short movies, interviews with people from different institutions; Mai – Recipes from our countries; June – Planning activities for next year.

Expected results:

Students will improve their language skills; Friendships; Good knowledge of some European countries; ICT skills; Teachers improvements of pedagogical aptitudes.
